February 22, 2024 – The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Foreign Affairs will speak to journalists this afternoon following her trip to the Munich Security Conference and the G20 in Brazil. The Minister will also discuss the upcoming two-year mark of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
